PLEASE READ:  By submitting this payment form you give Blackmon Insurance Agency of NC, Inc. consent to charge the credit card number entered below for the current minimum installment amount, if the amount entered is incorrect, and any applicable payment fees.  Payments to policies are not effective or binding until you, or any party involved, receive official notice from either your insurance agent, or your insurance company.  Fees that may apply: $3.00 installment fee, $4.95 credit card processing fee (charged by Simply Easier Payments, Inc.), $25.00 reinstatement fee, if your policy is currently cancelled and you wish to have it reinstated (without a lapse in coverage).  Avoid costly fines and penalties, reinstating your policy will keep you in good standing with the NCDMV.
